Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Institutional purchasers confirm they have authority to bind their organization.

Products and Services

We offer digital products, professional services, and institutional solutions. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically. Once access is provided, digital products are considered delivered and are non-refundable. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of digital content is prohibited.

Services

Professional services may include resume writing, cover letters, LinkedIn optimization, workshops, coaching, and consulting. Services begin once payment is received or a Purchase Order is approved. Services are non-refundable once work has started.

Institutional & Purchase Order (PO) Purchases

Institutional purchases are subject to review and approval prior to fulfillment. Delivery timelines, invoicing, and payment terms (including Net 30 where applicable) will be confirmed after PO approval. Once fulfillment begins, purchases are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments may be processed through Shopify, ACH, or approved invoicing methods. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

Failure to complete payment may result in delayed or canceled access to products or services.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, text, graphics, logos, and digital products are the intellectual property of NextGen Ready and may not be copied, resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

NextGen Ready is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NextGen Ready from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website, products, or services or violation of these Terms.
