Returns & Revisions Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on any products or services purchased.

However, clients who purchase resume services are eligible for complimentary resume revisions within 30 days of receiving their completed resume. Revision requests must be submitted within this 30-day window. After 30 days, additional revision fees may apply.

To request a resume revision, contact us at nextgenreadyteam@gmail.com with your updated information and requested changes.

All services and products are offered to clients located within the United States only. We do not provide services or accept orders outside of the U.S.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if a physical item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items, including resumes and digital career materials)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Because all sales are final, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product or service, a new purchase will be required.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Because our services are offered within the United States only, the European Union 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.


Refunds

Because all sales are final, we do not issue refunds once a purchase has been completed.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact nextgenreadyteam@gmail.com within 5 business days of the transaction so we can review the issue.
