I created NextGen Ready to help students and professionals navigate the often complex and overwhelming landscape of education and career preparation. As a first-generation college graduate, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges of navigating financial aid, exploring career options, and choosing the right path. Those experiences inspired me to build a platform focused on turning uncertainty into clarity and confidence.

Built on over a decade of experience across education—including admissions, financial aid, accreditation compliance, school operations, and driving student success outcomes—my work is grounded in both lived experience and real-world insight. I’ve seen firsthand the systemic challenges across education, including gaps in college and career readiness, student engagement, retention, program outcomes, time to completion, job placement, and alignment with employer needs—along with growing concerns around student debt, default management, and gainful employment outcomes.
