Digital Products

Most NextGen Ready products are delivered digitally. Digital products, including eBooks, downloadable resources, templates, and online materials, are delivered electronically via email or through your Shopify account after purchase or once payment has been confirmed.

No physical shipping is required for digital products.

If you do not receive access to your digital purchase within a reasonable time, please contact us for assistance.

Services

Professional services, including resume writing, cover letters, LinkedIn profile optimization, workshops, coaching, and consulting, do not require shipping. Service delivery timelines are outlined in the product or service description.

Books Fulfilled Through Third-Party Vendors

Printed books and physical materials offered through NextGen Ready are fulfilled and shipped by third-party printing and distribution vendors.

  • Shipping timelines, tracking, and delivery methods are determined by the vendor.

  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated at checkout or provided by the vendor.

  • NextGen Ready does not directly ship or control delivery timelines for third-party fulfilled products.

For questions related to shipping status or delivery issues, please contact us and we will assist in coordinating with the vendor when possible.

Institutional & Purchase Order (PO) Orders

For institutional customers placing orders via Purchase Order, delivery timelines for digital materials and any vendor-fulfilled materials will be confirmed after PO approval.

Shipping Issues

NextGen Ready is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier issues, or delivery errors caused by third-party vendors, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
